This two-section, 48-inch unit integrates frozen storage directly beneath a durable stainless work surface to streamline prep at cooklines, bakeries, and commissaries. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration conserves aisle space and simplifies installation.
Stage commonly used proteins, desserts, and mise en place within arm’s reach behind two self-closing doors and four shelves. Full electronic control enables dependable holding and quick adjustments during busy service. A 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash helps contain messes and protects surrounding walls.
Built with stainless steel on the worktop, doors, front, and sides plus an aluminum interior, the VWF48HC stands up to daily wear in high-volume kitchens. Its R290 hydrocarbon system and 1/2 HP compressor deliver reliable performance in demanding environments. Santoprene door gaskets carry a 2-year warranty for lasting sealing and efficiency.
