A stainless steel worktop, doors, front, and sides stand up to daily use, while the aluminum interior is easy to clean. A 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash contains splashes, Santoprene gaskets carry a 2-year warranty, and eight shelves organize product for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on workflow.
