Prep confidently on the stainless steel worktop with a 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash that keeps stations tidy and sanitary. A self-closing door with durable Santoprene gaskets and two epoxy-coated wire shelves simplify access and loading, while full electronic control supports precise temperature management. Built with a stainless steel door, front, and sides and an aluminum interior, it’s designed for daily commercial use.
