The Victory UltraSpec Series VWR48HC worktop refrigerator combines 48-inch prep space with two-section refrigerated storage to streamline line service and batch prep. Powered by V-Core™, its rear-mounted, self-contained R290 refrigeration keeps cold storage away from the work zone and simplifies service access.
Organize produce, proteins, and garnishes across 11.82 cu. ft. with four shelves behind two self-closing doors. Full electronic control simplifies monitoring and adjustments, while Santoprene door gaskets help seal in the cold and are backed by a 2-year gasket warranty. A 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash keeps tools and ingredients from slipping onto the floor.
Use the stainless steel worktop to stage pans, assemble plates, or set up a compact cold station. An aluminum interior resists corrosion and wipes down quickly to speed cleanup. UL EPH Classified and Made in USA, the VWR48HC fits
