This 60-inch, two-section counter combines chilled storage with a durable stainless steel work surface to keep ingredients and prep within arm’s reach. Powered by V‑Core™ and equipped with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it supports consistent performance while simplifying service access.
Set up mise en place on the stainless steel worktop and rely on the 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash to contain splashes and keep the station clean. Behind two self-closing doors, 14.7 cubic feet of cold storage and four included wire shelves help organize proteins, produce, and dairy for fast, repeatable service.
