Organize your workflow with three self-closing doors and six shelves for backups, garnishes, and mise en place. Two drawers on telescoping slides with a locking mechanism accept 4" or 6" deep pans (not included), enabling fast swaps and streamlined batch prep on busy lines.
Built for daily demands, it features a stainless steel worktop, doors, front, and sides with an aluminum interior. A 4" foamed-in-place backsplash helps contain splashes, while long-life Santoprene gaskets (2-year warranty) support a reliable seal. R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration and UL EPH Classified sanitation round out a professional, made-in-USA solution for high-performance kitchens.
