This 32-inch, one-section counter combines a stainless work surface with 7.22 cubic feet of refrigerated storage for busy cooklines, commissaries, and cafes. Stage ingredients up top while two drawers keep backups organized within arm’s reach.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration powered by V-Core and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports dependable cold holding with simple placement. Full electronic control lets operators set and monitor conditions to match production needs. A 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash helps contain splashes and protects adjacent walls during prep.
Two drawers ride on telescoping slides with a locking mechanism and accept 4-inch or 6-inch deep pans (not included) for fast changeovers between services.
