Stage proteins, toppings, or mise en place in (2) drawers that glide on telescoping slides and lock securely, accommodating 4-inch or 6-inch deep pans (not included). Full electronic control helps you dial in holding conditions, while a rear-mounted, self-contained system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains consistent temperatures.
