Stage ingredients efficiently using (2) drawers that accept 4" or 6" deep pans (not included), and organize back-up items behind the self-closing door with (2) shelves. Full electronic control helps you dial in performance for sandwich lines, garde manger, or finishing stations, reducing steps between storage and assembly. The self-closing door design supports product integrity during rush periods.
