Streamline prep and plating with the Victory VWRD67HC-4, an UltraSpec Series worktop refrigerated counter powered by V-Core™. This two-section, 67-1/8-inch unit provides 18.97 cubic feet of cold storage beneath a durable stainless work surface. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and full electronic control help maintain performance in busy kitchens.
Stage proteins, produce, or garnishes in four drawers riding on telescoping slides with a locking mechanism. Each drawer accepts 4-inch or 6-inch deep pans to match your menu and station layout (pans not included).
The stainless steel worktop, front, and sides with a 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash pair with an aluminum interior for everyday durability and easy cleaning. Santoprene gaskets carry a 2-year warranty, and the R290 hydrocarbon system uses a 1/5 HP compressor. UL EPH Classified and cULus listed, this unit is made in the USA for demanding foodservice operations.
