Organize stations efficiently with two self-closing doors, four shelves, and two drawers on telescoping slides with locks; drawers accept 4-inch or 6-inch deep pans (not included). Ideal for make lines, garde manger, or banquets where quick access and smart separation speed service.
Set and monitor temperatures with full electronic control. The stainless steel worktop, door, front, and sides pair with a 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash to keep prep clean, while the aluminum interior stands up to daily use. Santoprene gaskets with a 2-year warranty help seal in the cold between rushes.
