This three-section, 72" unit combines one self-closing door with four drawers to organize ingredients across a 17.88 cu. ft. interior. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration powered by V-Core™ and R290 refrigerant supports cold storage along the cookline.
Set the drawers to accept 4" or 6" deep pans (not included) for salad, sandwich, or sauté stations, while the door section with two epoxy-coated wire shelves holds bulk containers and backup product. Full electronic control streamlines setup and monitoring for busy crews.
A stainless steel work surface with a 4" foamed-in-place backsplash helps contain messes and speeds cleanup. Durable stainless front and sides and an aluminum interior pair with Santoprene gaskets backed by a 2-year warranty to handle daily use. UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified construction is made in the USA for professional kitchens.
