The Viking VCBR592-SG01A back bar cooler streamlines high-volume beverage service with a broad 92-inch footprint and four-section reach-in design. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a solid top withstands busy bars while glass doors showcase product for quick selection. Front ventilation and side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplify placement and service access.
Stock a wide mix of bottles and cans using 28.5 cu. ft. of space and twelve adjustable coated wire shelves. Field-reversible, locking glass doors protect inventory while bright white and blue LED lighting elevates presentation. Convection cooling and a high-efficiency compressor maintain set temperatures across a 33°–70° range.
