The Vollrath 36339 is an adjustable-height access buffet breath guard built for the 28-inch 4-Series Signature Server® base unit with stainless steel countertops. It helps shield food while preserving sightlines and presentation in high-traffic serving lines.
Dial in the height to align with your menu and vessel setup, from carved proteins to self-serve cold fare. This breath guard (sneeze guard) lets chefs and operators standardize displays across stations while maintaining a consistent, professional look.
