The Vollrath 36380 breath guard is engineered for Signature Server and 4-Series Signature Server entree carts with stainless steel countertops. Constructed from 1/4" clear acrylic, it preserves product visibility and a professional presentation. This commercial sneeze guard provides a defined barrier for high-traffic foodservice lines.
Adjust the shield from 9" to 15" to match pan heights, risers, or staff-served applications. A three-sided panel configuration helps manage approach angles and guides guests along the intended path. Operators can fine-tune the setup to balance protection with speed of service.
