Product Description
Install the Vollrath 36450 drop-in cold food pan to streamline self-service lines without the complexity of refrigeration. This two-pan, ice-cooled well keeps salads, toppings, and grab-and-go items chilled and attractively presented during service.
Sized at 29"W x 26"D overall, with a generous 24-3/4"W x 19-7/8"D x 8" deep pan opening, it stages high-volume ingredients while preserving counter space. Polyurethane foam insulation and a drip-free flange help contain cold and eliminate mess around the cutout.
Operators will appreciate the 1" integral center drain for fast meltwater removal and turnover between dayparts. Durable 18/304 stainless steel interior and 18 gauge galvanized exterior deliver lasting performance in cafeterias, catering lines, and salad bars.
