The Vollrath 36454 drop-in cold food well keeps ingredients chilled over ice for reliable, high-volume service. Configured for six pans, it organizes salads, toppings, and cold sides to streamline plating on cafeteria lines, buffets, and catering stations.
A drip-free flange helps maintain clean counters, while polyurethane foam insulation supports efficient ice use throughout busy periods. The 1" integral center drain speeds meltwater removal and simplifies end-of-service cleanup.
Durably built with an 18/304 stainless steel interior and 18-gauge galvanized exterior, this NSF unit is designed for daily operation. Overall dimensions are 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 17-15/16"H, with a 75-3/4"W x 19-7/8"D x 8" deep pan area to showcase chilled items professionally.
