The Vollrath 37321 Double Deck Classic Cafeteria Breath Guard optimizes presentation and access on 46-inch 4-Series Signature Server units. Built with stainless steel uprights and stainless steel channel-framed, sloped-front acrylic panels at both levels, it brings dependable durability to busy service lines. Designed for 46-inch ADA Signature units, it integrates cleanly with your serving equipment.
Two-position (open/close) panels let staff quickly switch between full service and restocking, streamlining workflow during peak periods. A 12-inch-deep top shelf set at 18 inches provides space for signage, trays, or light merchandising, while the acrylic mid-shelf adds extra staging capacity. Operators can maintain orderly queues and clear sightlines across the counter.
This breath guard does not meet NSF requirements for sneeze protection and should be used where such certification is not required. When ordered as a replacement breath guard, crating charges apply.
