The Vollrath 37323 Double Deck Classic Cafeteria Breath Guard streamlines presentation and service on 74-inch ADA Signature units and 4-Series Signature Server® lines. Its dual-level design enhances visibility across the line while helping teams organize hot, cold, or ambient offerings efficiently. Use it to guide traffic and maintain a clean, professional serving environment.
Built with stainless steel uprights and channel-framed acrylic panels, this breath guard withstands daily cafeteria demands. Two-position (open/close) sloped-front panels let operators adapt quickly for serving or display. An 18"H x 12"D top shelf supports merchandising, while the acrylic mid-shelf adds capacity without crowding the counter.
