The Vollrath 38004 ServeWell® hot food table streamlines high-volume serving with four individually controlled wells that keep entrees, sides, and sauces at ready-to-serve temperatures. Thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells with cast-in dome heating elements promote even heat distribution, while brass drain valves speed end-of-shift cleanup.
Optimize flow on the line with an open base and stainless steel undershelf for bulk storage, plus an 8"D poly cutting board and 7-1/2"D plate shelf to stage plates and garnish. Individual capillary tube thermostatic controls and a low-water indicator light support safe, repeatable results during buffet service, cafeteria lines, and catered banquets.
Built for daily use, this 61-1/4" wide, 120v unit installs easily with a 10' cord and NEMA 5-20P plug, and adjustable legs help level on uneven floors. Mechanical guards protect controls in busy back-of-house and front-of-house environments.
