The Vollrath 38103 ServeWell hot food table streamlines plating and holding for cafeterias, healthcare, education, and catering lines. Three independently controlled wells keep entrées, sides, and sauces at proper serving temperatures. Operators gain consistent performance that supports high-volume service.
Thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells with cast-in dome heating elements deliver durable, efficient heat. Individual capillary tube thermostatic controls and a low-water indicator light help maintain precise settings and protect the unit. Brass drain valves speed changeovers and cleanup between menu items.
An open base with stainless steel undershelf organizes pans and utensils within reach. The included 8"D poly cutting board and 7-1/2"D plate shelf accelerate prep and tray assembly on the line. Adjustable legs, mechanical guards on all controls, and a 10' cord with NEMA 5-30P enhance safety and placement flexibility.
