This 5-well steam table leverages thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells with inside-mounted elements to hold soups, entrees, and sides with confidence while resisting the rigors of daily service. Integrated drains help speed changeovers and cleanup between dayparts.
Individually controlled wells let you stage multiple menu items at their ideal holding conditions, supporting flexible production in cafeterias, buffets, healthcare, and K-12 operations. A low-water indicator light alerts staff to take action, helping protect components and maintain uptime. With 700 watts per well (3,500 watts total) on a 120v/60/1 circuit, it fits a wide range of facilities without special power requirements.
