The Vollrath 3870560 Affordable Portable™ utility station streamlines high-volume service by bringing a flexible 60-inch serving platform wherever you need it. The 20/300 series stainless steel seamless top supports efficient setup for plated items, pans, or smallwares. Position it for self-serve lines, grab-and-go displays, or catered events to keep traffic moving.
A buffet-style breath guard with lights showcases menu items while creating a barrier between guests and food; bulbs not included. The black vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base integrates with front-of-house layouts. An open storage base keeps essential supplies within reach to speed replenishment.
Roll the mobile utility serving counter into place on four 4-inch swivel casters, then stabilize service with two brakes. Plug into a standard 120V outlet via the factory-installed NEMA 5-15P cord to illuminate the guard. The unit is cULus and NSF listed and made in the USA.
