This non-refrigerated unit measures 46"W x 39-1/2"D x 35"H and holds three pans in a 6" deep stainless well with a 1" drain. Drive throughput with a 35" work surface for comfortable plating and a buffet-style acrylic breath guard offering 12" clearance and three lights (bulbs not included) that spotlight your menu.
