The Vollrath 3871446 Affordable Portable™ cold food serving counter streamlines self-serve and attended cold stations. This non-refrigerated model presents three pans in a 6" deep stainless well with an integral 1" drain for fast drainage and cleanup.
Position it where service flows best, then lock the four casters to create a stable point of service. A buffet-style acrylic breath guard with 12" clearance and three overhead lights help showcase salads, fruit, and chilled sides while protecting the line.
An open storage base keeps utensils, backups, and signage close at hand to speed replenishment. At 46" wide with a 35" work surface and a 120v plug (NEMA 5-15P), it rolls into cafeterias, catering lines, and grab-and-go setups with minimal setup.
