This non-refrigerated, 3-pan cold food serving counter features a 6" deep stainless well with a 1" drain to support efficient, ice-cooled merchandising of salads, fruit, toppings, and more. At 46"W x 39-1/2"D x 35"H, it integrates smoothly into buffet, cafeteria, and catering layouts while keeping changeovers quick.
Showcase ingredients under a buffet-style acrylic breath guard with 12" clearance, complemented by three lights to illuminate product (bulbs not included). Staff can replenish and drain the well rapidly between services to maintain line speed and presentation.
Roll the unit into place on four locking casters, then organize utensils and refills in the black storage base with sliding doors. A straightforward 120v connection with a NEMA 5-15P plug simplifies setup across kitchens, cafes, and event venues.
