Engineered for mobile buffet lines, the Vollrath 3871660 Affordable Portable™ cold food station streamlines presentation and service. This non-refrigerated cold food serving counter offers a 60-inch footprint with four-pan capacity, helping operators stage salads, toppings, and desserts where traffic is highest. Its black solid base presents a clean look and stands up to daily use.
Keep lines moving with a 35-inch work surface height that supports comfortable plating for staff or self-serve stations. A buffet-style acrylic breath guard with 12-inch clearance and three lights (bulbs not included) enhances visibility while protecting product.
The 6-inch-deep stainless well with a 1-inch drain accelerates changeovers and simplifies cleanup between dayparts. Four locking casters make positioning and floor care easy, while the 120V connection powers the lighting. UL and NSF compliance and Made in USA construction suit cafeterias, buffets, and catering operations.
