Operators can quickly deploy it as a standalone station or integrate it into an existing serving run to expand cold capacity.
A 6" deep stainless steel well accommodates four pans and features a 1" drain to speed changeouts and cleanup. The buffet-style acrylic breath guard provides 12" of clearance and integrates (3) lights to enhance product visibility (bulbs not included). This thoughtful presentation encourages faster choices and keeps lines moving.
An open storage base with a black finish keeps utensils, refills, and signage within reach, while a 35" work surface supports efficient service. Maneuver the unit where needed and lock it in place with (4) locking casters
