The Vollrath Affordable Portable™ 3872146 utility station streamlines self-service and made-to-order lines. A buffet-style breath guard with integrated lights (bulbs not included) elevates product visibility while helping protect food on display.
A seamless 20/300 series stainless steel top supports prep, plating, and service, then simplifies cleaning between rushes. The solid, granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base presents a professional look for dining rooms, cafeterias, and catering venues.
Reposition the station anywhere on four 4-inch swivel casters, then stabilize service with two braked wheels. Connect to a standard 120V circuit to power the breath-guard lights and keep traffic flowing in schools, healthcare, corporate, or high-volume foodservice operations.
