A seamless 20/300 series stainless steel top delivers a durable, sanitary work surface, while the buffet-style breath guard helps protect food during self-service or plating. At 46"W x 39-1/2"D x 59"H overall, it integrates neatly into serving lines and presentation areas.
Enhance workflow with an open storage base that keeps pans, utensils, and disposables within reach. Four 4" swivel casters, two with brakes, let staff roll the unit into position and lock it securely during service. The granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base provides impact resistance and a professional, guest-facing look.
