Elevate cold presentations and keep lines moving with the Vollrath 3873346 Affordable Portable cold food station. This non-refrigerated, 3-pan unit features a 6-inch-deep stainless well with a 1-inch drain to expedite setup, changeovers, and cleanup.
Showcase salads, fruit, and chilled sides under the buffet-style acrylic breath guard, which provides 12 inches of clearance and illumination from three lights (bulbs not included). A 35-inch work surface helps staff plate, garnish, and replenish comfortably during service.
Built on a granite-finish solid base with four locking casters, the 46-inch-wide station repositions easily, then locks securely for service in cafeterias, catering lines, or back-of-house staging. A 120V cord with a 5-15P plug powers the lights, while UL and NSF listings and Made in USA construction support professional standards.
