The Vollrath 38737 Affordable Portable™ cold food station streamlines self-serve and back-of-house plating for salads, fruit, and chilled toppings. This non-refrigerated, ice-cooled unit holds four pans in a 6" deep stainless steel well, helping you stage product at peak service times. At 60"W x 39-1/2"D x 35"H, it fits standard lines while maximizing access.
Speed service with a 35" work surface and a granite-finish open storage base that keeps utensils, inserts, or dinnerware within reach. Four locking casters let you roll it between prep, cafeteria, or catering venues, then park it securely for service.
