The Vollrath 3873860 Affordable Portable™ cold food station streamlines self-serve lines and catered setups. This 60" non-refrigerated cold food serving counter holds four pans and presents ingredients clearly to speed selection and reduce bottlenecks. Ideal for salad bars, deli sides, and continental service.
Enhance hygiene and visibility with the buffet-style acrylic breath guard featuring 12" clearance and three integrated lights (bulbs not included). The 6" deep stainless-steel well with a 1" drain simplifies setup and cleanup between services. A comfortable 35" work surface supports efficient plating and restocking.
Keep tools nearby in the granite-finish storage base with smooth sliding doors, and reposition the unit easily on four locking casters. Plug into a standard 120v outlet (8 amps, NEMA 5-15P) to power the lighting for an engaging display. UL and NSF listed; Made in USA.
