The Vollrath 38778 Affordable Portable™ cold food station streamlines self-serve and attended lines. This non-refrigerated unit accommodates four pans in a 6"-deep stainless well with a 1" drain, simplifying changeouts and cleanup. A buffet-style acrylic breath guard with 12" clearance helps maintain food visibility and protection at the point of service.
Optimize workflow with a 60"W x 39-1/2"D x 35"H footprint and a comfortable 35" work surface for plating, refills, and garnishing. Four locking casters let you position the cold food serving counter for cafeterias, catering setups, or banquet rooms, then secure it during service.
