The Vollrath 39726 Affordable Portable™ utility station streamlines front-of-house service. A 20/300 series stainless steel seamless top and an NSF/ANSI 2 certified cafeteria breath guard support clean, visible presentation. Use it to stage grab-and-go items, carve proteins, or assemble made-to-order salads and bowls.
Keep critical supplies close at hand in the storage base with sliding doors while the granite vinyl-clad 20-gauge carbon steel base stands up to daily traffic. Four 4" swivel casters, two with brakes, allow smooth repositioning between dayparts or service areas. The 35" work height helps maintain efficient plating and transaction flow.
