Deploy the Vollrath 39738 Affordable Portable™ cold food station to stage chilled menu items without refrigeration. Its 60" x 24" footprint and 35" work height streamline lines, while the four-pan layout organizes salads, fruit, and grab-and-go sides.
Load the 6" deep stainless well with ice and use the 1" drain to refresh and clean between rushes. A cafeteria-style acrylic breath guard presents food clearly while helping protect the serving zone.
