Its 1/2-inch thick, polished 36-inch by 16-1/2-inch plate provides ample cooking space within a compact 36-inch by 20-inch footprint. Stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use and wipe clean quickly.
Run multiple menu items at once using three thermostatic controls that create independent zones. Sear proteins on one side while holding pancakes or toasting buns on another to keep orders moving during peak service in diners, cafeterias, and quick-serve lines.
A front grease trough with a grease drawer streamlines cleanup and helps maintain a tidy cookline. Powered by 8.4 kW at 220V/60/1-ph (38 amps) with a NEMA 6-50P, this griddle supports consistent, repeatable results across breakfast, lunch, and all-day menus.
