Dual 16" removable seal bars and a roomy chamber streamline portioning, batch prep, and sous vide packaging while maintaining consistent seals. Sensor-based control with 20 programs helps deliver repeatable results across stations and shifts.
Protect delicate or wet foods with liquid control and soft air, and use the marinate function for rapid flavor infusion. Track critical data via HACCP logging and connect a label printer with the integrated USB port to keep bags clearly identified.
Built for busy kitchens and commissaries, this unit accepts bags up to 16" and products up to 7-1/2" high. A Busch pump, 4" legs, and 120v power with a NEMA 5-20P cord suit daily operation in back-of-house or production areas.
