Its 12" blade and 35° gravity feed work together to deliver consistent cuts up to 1" thick, ideal for deli meats, cheeses, and produce. Powered by a 3/4 HP belt drive, the slicer maintains smooth, reliable performance through demanding prep lists. A QuanTanium® coated non-stick plate helps product glide for clean, precise slices, while the anodized aluminum body withstands daily commercial use. Non-skid rubber feet keep the slicer stable on busy prep lines.
Speed cleaning and safety with the blade safe removal system and a convenient kickstand for easy access beneath the unit.
