A tempered glass breath guard protects product while keeping sightlines clear for guests. The NSF certified cutting board gives chefs a sturdy, sanitary surface for slicing roast beef, turkey, or ham to order.
Two 250W shatter proof clear heat lamp bulbs bathe food in bright, even warmth to help maintain quality during service.
