The Vollrath 97168 utility cart streamlines high-volume transport in demanding kitchens and service corridors. Its extra heavy-duty Caravelle tubular design supports up to 500 lb for bulk moves during peak periods.
Three 33" x 21" shelves provide broad loading surfaces, while 8 5/8" of clearance between tiers helps organize supplies, dishes, and small equipment. The compact 37-1/2"L x 21"W x 35-1/2"H profile fits busy aisles and staging areas to keep workflow on pace from prep to warewashing.
