Streamline transport and staging with the Vollrath 97200 stainless steel utility cart. Built on a rugged 1" square stainless steel tube frame with heli-arc welds, it stands up to demanding commercial use. A raised lower shelf supports efficient loading and access during busy service.
Two 16-gauge stainless steel shelves measuring 20" x 30" accommodate everything from trays to bus tubs and small equipment. A plastic-coated handle offers a comfortable, secure grip for steady maneuvering. The caster setup features two 5" swivel casters with brakes for controlled stops and two 8" casters for smooth rolling.
Ideal for kitchens, cafeterias, catering, and banquet operations, this bussing cart moves up to 650 lb through prep, service, and cleanup.
