Product Description
Move bulk dinnerware, sheet pans, and ingredients across the kitchen or front-of-house with control and efficiency. Built with a 1" square stainless steel tube frame and three 16-gauge stainless steel shelves sized 20" x 30", it manages up to 650 lb with confidence. The raised lower shelf keeps loads above the floor splash zone.
Navigate tight aisles using a plastic-coated 3/4" exterior height handle and a mixed caster set: two 5" swivel casters with brakes and two 8" casters for stable tracking. Park securely at the dish drop or cookline, then release and roll to storage without strain.
Put it to work as a bussing cart for banquets, a transport cart for hotel pans, or a staging platform for room-service trays. Heli-arc welds add rugged durability for high-volume operations in restaurants, cafeterias, and catering venues.
