Move heavy loads with confidence using the Vollrath 97206 stainless steel utility cart. Built on a 1" square stainless steel tube frame with heli-arc welds, it supports up to 650 lb across three 20" x 30", 16-gauge stainless steel shelves. A standard lower shelf adds organized storage without increasing your footprint.
Use it as a bussing cart, staging station, or mobile storage to streamline service. The generous 20" x 30" shelf size accommodates bus tubs, trays, smallwares, and cleaning supplies to keep workflows moving between the kitchen, dining room, and dish area.
