Mobilize heavy loads and keep workflows moving with the Vollrath 97211 stainless steel utility cart. Built for high-volume operations, this heavy duty cart supports up to 650 lb across three spacious 20" x 30" shelves, ideal for transporting pans, ingredients, smallwares, or plated service.
Each shelf is crafted from 18-8/304 stainless steel with heli-arc welds to withstand daily use and simplify cleaning. A robust frame of 1" square stainless steel tubing and a tubular handle provide confident control during busy service.
Navigate tight aisles and long corridors using the combination of two 5" swivel casters with brakes and two 8" wheels for steady travel and secure staging. Put it to work as a versatile bussing cart in dining rooms, for staging trays in prep areas, or for restocking supplies between storage and the line; made in the USA for dependable performance.
