Elevate your action station with the Vollrath Signature Server custom downdraft vent system, configured as an induction hot food serving counter designed for front-of-house performance. Capture and recirculate cooking effluent while showcasing food behind an 18" tall tempered curved breathguard with an integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system.
Optimize workflow with a versatile layout that pairs a 59501 Mirage drop-in range with a rectangular countertop cutting board positioned in the non-induction location on either the left or right. Roll into place on 5" casters, then fine-tune stability with adjustable legs and protect the exterior with stainless kickplates on the front, left, and right sides.
Support safety and compliance with a downdraft recirculating vent that uses dual grease and dual carbon/particulate filters. Built in the USA, this made-to-order solution meets UL710B/UL197/UL-Sanitation and NSF4 requirements, aligns with EPA Method 202 and NFPA96, and
