An 18" tall tempered curved breathguard integrates ANSUL R-102 fire suppression, while a downdraft recirculating vent with dual-stage filtration captures grease, smoke, and particulates to support clean, efficient service lines.
Streamline workflow with a thoughtfully equipped station: the package includes one 59501 Mirage drop-in range and a rectangular countertop cutting board positioned in the non-induction location on the left or right to fit your line layout. Move into place on 5" casters, then stabilize with adjustable legs for precise alignment on uneven floors.
