Equip open kitchens and serving lines with the Vollrath V-Class Custom Downdraft Vent System, model 69718S-2-VC. This made-to-order unit combines an 18" tempered curved breathguard, an integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system, and a recirculating downdraft that captures and treats cooking effluent at the source. Two 59501DV Mirage drop-in ranges let teams cook, hold, or finish dishes right where guests are served.
Improve air quality and workflow with a filtration suite featuring two grease and two carbon/particulate filters. The recirculating downdraft supports front-of-house cooking by managing emissions at the counter while maintaining presentation. Stainless kickplates on the front, left, and right resist wear in high-traffic areas.
Roll into place on 5" casters, then stabilize with adjustable legs for steady, precise setup across varied venues. Validated performance includes emissions under 5.00 mg/m3 using 30% fat ground beef, and certifications to UL710B,
