A 22" tempered, curved breathguard with integrated ANSUL R-102 pairs with a recirculating downdraft that captures and filters cooking effluent at the source. Dual grease and carbon/particulate filters help reduce visible smoke while supporting a clean, guest-facing line.
Streamline workflows for chefs and operators by cooking, carving, and finishing on one mobile platform. The included 59501 Mirage drop-in range and rectangle countertop cutting board install in the non-induction location left or right to suit your line layout. Stainless kickplates and the curved shield reinforce durability and a polished look in cafes, campuses, and catered venues.
