The Vollrath 69722S-2-S pairs a Signature Server base with a 22" tall tempered curved breathguard and an integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system to streamline cooking in spaces without traditional hoods.
Drive fast, efficient workflows with two included 59501DV Mirage drop-in induction ranges for dual cooking stations at action lines, kiosks, or banquet setups. The downdraft recirculating vent captures and treats cooking effluent right at the source, enhancing guest-facing presentation while supporting back-of-house objectives.
Built-in filtration and certified performance help manage emissions, while 5" casters and adjustable legs simplify setup, cleaning, and repositioning. Stainless kickplates on the front, left, and right sides add durability for high-traffic operations in campuses, healthcare, and corporate dining.
